Project description: Ten Mile on Rivers is a 23,000-square-foot adaptive reuse project on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston. Formerly an elementary school built in phases in the 1950s and 1960s, the building will be transformed into Ten Mile on Rivers. The 60’s-inspired redesign will house leasable office spaces ranging from 200-square-foot, single executive offices, small- and medium-sized suites and the opportunity to combine contiguous spaces up to 12,000 square feet.
